Median
prices for existing single-family homes fell across South Florida for
the fourth quarter, year-over-year, as median prices for existing
condominiums rose.
Statewide, the third quarter median price for an existing
condo declined 3 percent, to $205,200 from $212,100, as the number of
units sold fell 31 percent, to 10,596 units from 15,425 units.
